Keita is a Venture Partner at Coreline Ventures. He started his career at McKinsey's Tokyo office, where he focused on Strategy, M&A, and new business building. He was promoted to Engagement Manager in three years, then transferred to the London office and where he worked as a Senior Engagement Manager. In 2024, Keita founded Opera Tech, developing enterprise grade AI contact center solution to banking, insurance, telco, and infrastructure clients. In 2026, Opera Tech was acquired by Sierra, an enterprise grade customer service AI agent company, co-founded by Bret Taylor (current Chair of Open AI, ex-co CEO of Salesforce), and Clay Bavor (ex-VP at Google). Following the Opera’s acquisition by Sierra, and establishing Sierra Japan, he now serves as Co-Head of Agent Development there, overseeing FDEs, Product managers, and Deployment strategists. Keita holds a BA in Economics from the University of Toronto.
